8AM RUN

Start your Saturday with a warm-up run along the beach and around the Pier. Choose your speed, choose your distance (2mi and 5mi courses available), just be sure to meet under the iconic Pier sign at Colorado & Ocean at 8 AM. Walkers welcome too!

9AM YOGA

Come get stretchy at the far west end of the Pier. Flow breath to movement with the sound of the waves and regain your peace of mind and with Santa Monica's top instructors. New and experienced yogi's encouraged. Please bring your own mat.

Meet your instructors

Jessica Corbin

Jessica Corbin is a Holistic Health + Performance Coach, Speaker, TV Host and Co-Founder of the wellness technology company REVITA5. After earning All-American honors in high school and graduating as a scholar athlete in Cross Country & Track from U.C.L.A., she attained AFAA’s certification for group fitness and ACE’s certification for personal training. In addition, Jessica attained her Yoga Alliance RYT 200 and Thai Yoga Massage certifications to gain more insight into the art of recovery.

Cristi Christensen

A former elite-level gymnast and platform diver, Cristi trained with the US Olympic diving team as a young adult. After an injury cut her Olympic dreams short, Cristi shifted her focus to helping others improve their level of fitness through personal training, Pilates, Core Fusion, and yoga. After earning her degree in Kinesiology, Cristi studied extensively for over 10 years with world-renowned teachers including Saul David Raye, Shiva Rea, Seane Corn, Elisabeth Halfpapp, and Fred DeVito.Cristi has been the face for yoga & lifestyles brands such as Exhale Spa, Loewes Hotel Hollywood, Satya Yoga Wear, and Ananda Soul Creations, and has graced the covers of Yoga Journal, Om Yoga, Self, and LA Yoga. When she isn’t teaching, globe-trotting, and empowering others, you’ll likely find Cristi dancing and doing back flips on Venice Beach!

Jen Dapper

Jen Dapper has been in the health and fitness industry for​ more than​ 20 years as a​n​ independent elite personal trainer, health coach and yoga instructor. Jen is active in ​the ​Santa Monica​ community, serving as a National Brand Ambassador for Athleta, running corporate yoga events and teaching 15 local group classes per week. She teaches a well rounded class that aligns and educates ​yogis, leaving ​them feeling strong, balanced and confident.

Felicia Tomasko

Felicia Tomasko has been teaching Yoga for more than 20 years. Her approach to practice is playful and includes a sense of humor as well as a comprehensive knowledge of the body from her training as a nurse, Ayurvedic Practitioner and Yoga therapist. Felicia is the Editor in Chief of LA YOGA Magazine. She teaches at Loyola Marymount University and in the studio and on the subscription site Yogaglo.

Sara Falugo

Sara Falugo began practicing yoga at Brian Kest's Power Yoga in Santa Monica more than ten years ago. In 2006 she trained with the beloved Don and Amba Stapleton, receiving her teacher's certification in Interdisciplinary Yoga from the Nosara Yoga Institute in Costa Rica. The following year she completed the Tibetan Heart Yoga Series 4 training in Tucson, AZ. After having spent six years travelling, meditating, studying and teaching, Sara has settled back into the Venice/Marina area and presently owns and operates Yoga Nest Venice.Her classes are gentle and meditative, and it is her intention to hold a space for all who are practicing to tune into the present moment in a loving and non-judgmental manor and to align with their highest selves.

Mike Nader

Mike Nader first began practicing yoga with Bryan Kest in 2004 in order to help his posture as a drummer. What began as a physical practice quickly evolved into a mental practice, keeping him sane while he was on tour. After leaving the music industry, Mike went back to school and became an occupational therapist, currently specializing in orthopedics.
