"I found self-love on the pier during a Roga event one Saturday morning. Practicing yoga at the end of the pier made me feel at such peace with my mind, body, and soul, and I hope others may find that inner peace and self-love on this iconic landmark."

Thank you for another great ROGA season!

Sara Falugo

Practicing from the heart and listening from the heart are the tools through which Sara has found personal healing and her voice as a teacher. After almost twenty years of physical practice, her journey continues to flow in an inward direction. Self inquiry in the lineage of Ramana Maharshi underlies and informs the classes she teaches, while lovingkindness and compassion hold the container for the exploration. When practicing with Sara, you will be encouraged to “drop in” to your body and feel deeply into the here and now. On the physical level, you will be encouraged to trust your inner guidance, as opposed to blindly following the herd. Sara feels strongly that no two bodies are alike, each having different needs, additionally each individual body may require a different practice from year to year and even from day to day.
