Immerse yourself in wellness every Saturday, September 7th to October 26th, from 8-10am at the Santa Monica Pier. Start your Saturday morning under the iconic Santa Monica Yacht Harbor sign with an easy-breezy group run from 8-9 AM. If you’re not a fan of running, no problem! Skip the run, and join us for yoga at the west end from 9-10 AM. Best part? It’s all for free! Just bring your yoga mat and maybe a towel, and get ready to be guided by an incredible instructor. Enjoy complimentary Essentia Hydroboost and Essentia lonized Alkaline Water at Wellness & Waves!

October 5: yoga with eden goldman
Dr. Eden Goldman, D.C., C-IAYT, E-RYT500, YACEP is an international Yoga, mindfulness, and wellness lifestyle expert. A Malibu Sports Chiropractor, IAYT-Certified Yoga Therapist, and Co-author of "Yoga Therapy and Integrative Medicine: Where Ancient Science Meets Modern Medicine," Dr. Eden is a Yoga and Mind-Body Health Professor at The University Of Southern California where he's also Director of USC’s Yoga Teacher Training Program and Co-Director of YogaUSC. His style of Yoga, Chikitsa Vinyasa Yoga aka Therapeutic Flow, is an organic Yoga system that synergizes classical Yoga, functional movement training, rehab medicine, and modern sports science into a fun and adaptive all-levels practice featuring several avant-garde variations to traditional Yoga asanas that help the poses fit your body better in all the right places. Whether you’re new to Yoga or an experienced yogin, Dr. Eden's class is designed to inspire you and get your body moving in a more harmonious way while empowering your inner and outer sense of balance, enhancing your breath-oriented awareness, and deepening your connection with your body, heart, mind, and Spirit.
October 12: yoga with Jess Ray
Jess spent the first two decades of her life in high intensity movement as a gymnast and athlete which has greatly inspired her methods of teaching. Jess creates a unique, dynamic sequence designed to increase energy, stamina, strength and flexibility, classes are filled with breath work, creative functional movement, inspired by Vinyasa, Kundalini and the Katonah practice. Over the past 12 years Jess has taught in LA, New York and Boston and led retreats all around the world. The greatest gift that has come from teaching and traveling has been the expanded sense of community and connection that comes from a shared passion. Class with Jess will elevate your mood and leave you feeling strong and energized, come explore all this practice has to offer!
October 19: yoga with paula tapia
Paula Tapia, C-IAYT, E-RYT500, YACEP, is an international wellness professional, Yoga therapist, Yoga and Meditation teacher specializing in integrative health, self-care education and mindful lifestyle management. Paula has served as a provider of Yoga Therapy, Mindfulness and Research associate in the health care industry including leading Los Angeles/Beverly Hills medical centers like Attune Health, Cedars Sinai and UCLA Health Family Clinic. She is the former Associate Director of the Yoga And The Healings Sciences Teacher Training Program at Loyola Marymount University (LMU) and she is currently a lecturer in the Physical Education And Mind Body Department at the University of Southern California (USC). In addition, Paula is the Director of Beyond Rest, a clinical-based Restorative Yoga Program designed for healthcare practitioners, mind-body professionals and those working in healing modalities. Paula presents annually at the International Yoga Festival in Rishikesh, India and leads both remote and in-person private sessions with clients and offers her programs worldwide in English and Spanish.
