Find your flow and feel the rhythm at Wellness & Waves Festival, a full-day experience of movement, mindfulness, and music in support of LA Fire Relief, happening on Saturday, March 1, 2025, at the Santa Monica Pier.
The day begins with an inspirational opening talk, setting the tone for a powerful journey of yoga, meditation, and self-discovery led by renowned instructors. From dynamic flow sessions and somatic movement to restorative and Kundalini yoga, there’s something for every level and practice. Throughout the festival, wisdom talks and guided meditations offer moments of reflection and deep connection.
As the sun sets, the energy shifts with live music followed by an electrifying DEEP dance party, blending beats and movement in a high-vibration celebration.
This free event welcomes all, with donations encouraged to support LA Fire Relief efforts. Come breathe, move, and dance for a cause! 🌊🔥✨

Event Summary
When in doubt, stretch it out!
Immerse yourself in wellness every Saturday, April 5 to October 11, from 8-10am at the Santa Monica Pier. Start your Saturday morning under the iconic Santa Monica Yacht Harbor sign with an easy-breezy group run from 8-9 AM. If you’re not a fan of running, no problem! Skip the run, and join us for Yoga and Yoga-Pilates Fusion classes at the west end from 9-10 AM. Best part? It’s all for free! Just bring your yoga mat and maybe a towel, and get ready to be guided by an incredible instructor.
